Home visits typically take 2-3 hours. 

We'll discuss what problems you are looking to solve such as big bills, cold spots etc. educate you on energy basics and together assess each rooms energy usage with you.  

We'll review your insulation, whether that's in the loft, walls or around your hot water cylinder to find ways you can keep heat locked in!

We'll use a thermal camera to identify issues with the fabric of the building, finding draughts and insulation issues.

In our conversations we'll understand how you use energy in your daily routines and identify were you could be smarter.

We'll speak to you about any cold spots and damp, see if we can help find the causes and suggest actions to take as well as adjustments to make your heating system work more efficiently.

With so many more options nowadays,  we can give you sound independent advice to explain these systems, and what to look for to put you on the right track for your future investments.

Bills can be difficult! We can help explain what's on your bill, what you're being charged and any terminology you don't understand.

We'll take a look at your energy tariff and see if there are better deals to consider.
